1. What are the Dealer/ Factory’s’ training and certifications?
At ADG Eco Lighting Products we ask for experience. Several years of support is important. Our Dealers experience range form Sustainability experts to Building and Facilities experts. We do not necessarily ask for Lighting experts, because as the factory we are here to support our Dealers with Solution Based Manufacturing.
Dealers should be experts in your local region in relationships that evolve into a better customer experience and fulfilled process.

.
2. Does the Dealer/ Factory have references, specifically on projects of similar size and scope?
This is important. As a collaborative Team a Dealer Network will have some one with the experience the customer needs. AS the factory we have made as few as one iconic light and as many as 5,000 lights for a single project. So what does matter with Size.
Ask for Case Studies and also history or references.

Our reference Testimonial list runs long. One client put it like this “Gerald and his team have always backed up and supported the projects insuring that they come thru.” This was after our client brought us into University meeting and introduced us to the VP of Finance for an Eco Lighting Project.

.
3. Do they have photographs of completed projects?
ADG Lighting, ADG Eco and Architectural Detail Group have thousands of photos of completed projects. Our Dealers have reference material to help support their part as well. With the ADG Eco team and New Providence Factory there is 100 years of Experience. That is a lot of history and many photos.

.
4. How long has the Dealer/ Factory has been in business?
ADG Has been in business since 2004, NPD team has been making light fixtures for 100 years and our Dealers are typically seasoned veterans. In multiple businesses. Our CEO at Architectural Detail Group, inc has been manufacturing Lighting for the last 20 years and has previous Architectural and Engineering experience working for some for the greats. Ask for Bio.

.
5. Does the Dealer/ Factory have a showroom location or office that the client is able to visit?
Architectural Detail Group, Inc offices are located in Agoura Hills and Newport Beach, CA. The factory is in Chatsworth. Come visit us. Our Dealers will typically use a Mobile Lighting Lab to brings solutions to you. Customers are welcome to come out to the factory for a visit. Please call first to schedule an appointment.

.
6. What is the experience level of the company’s installers and technicians?
ADG Eco Dealers are interviewed and each has a unique set of skills. Our national dealer program is rolling out with the help of NEFDLA. National Eco Friendly Lighting Dealers Association a 501 (c)6 of South Carolina.

.
7. What is the support system behind the salesperson?
Dealer Sales force has the experience of the Dealership and its network. Our larger Regional Dealers are typically multi line companies (that do not just lighting). This is important because there is not competing lighting line. Each one offers a unique experience light weatherization or working on oil company projects to BOMA professionals.

.
8. What is the warranty period on materials and workmanship and how is service is expedited?
ADG Eco Lighting Products have a 10 year limited manufactures Warranty for Induction lights and a unprecedented guarantee for fluorescent warriors. Our fixtures are triple tested prior to leaving the factory. This significantly reduces issues.

.
9. Does the Dealer/ Factory offer extended service agreements and/or system maintenance contracts?
Currently there is no need for extended service policies because the life of the product is 100,000 hours or 20 years. Competitors sell you additional services. WE provide deferred maintenance and reduced energy. Our RED USCP offers a unique payment for energy saved as a general expense like a second power bill.

.
10. Does the Dealer/ Factory have a project manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project?
We do

.
11. Who are the vendor partners that the Dealer/ Factory works with and how long has the Dealer/ Factory been a dealer of those proposed vendors?
Our Vendor list is short. This is because we secure lasting relationships. Something always goes hinky so we support each other. This is the key to the ADG Collaborative.

.
12. How long will it take to complete the job?
Each job is unique. Fulfillment is important. Typical production lead times are 4-6 weeks. Custom jobs or modified jobs with decorative component can take 10 weeks and complete new designs could take loner. We specify this at the beginning of each job. The benefit of using solution based factory model like ADG Eco Lighting Products is that we are a TRUE US manufacture verified by NEFDLA.
