$23,000,000 home part of $3 Billion of Lit Projects

 Wow, another transaction listed. Lighting is an exciting part of architecture and usually goes unrecognized. Here in Brentwood Country Estates, I had developed lighting schemes for 4 estates plus the guard house. In early 2001 activity was up and these were part of the over 1000 projects that Gerald Olesker (me) had designed and fabricated custom lighitng for.  This is the community where Arnold Schwarzenegger lives. Barry Hilton of the Hilton Family was the developer.

Group construction has been a key part in many of these projects I worked on. Even on the other Chalon in Bel Air we fabricated lanterns.
